At OpticOn, customer satisfaction and consumer rights protection are our highest priorities. This Return Policy fully complies with the Georgian “Law on Consumer Rights Protection.”


1. Return Period

  • Items purchased online may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • You may return an item without providing a reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Contact us by email or phone within the 14-day return window.
  2. Receive return instructions and the return address from our team.
  3. Send the item back no later than 14 days after submitting your return request.

Our support team responds within 1 business day.


3. Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the following terms:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return request.
  • Refunds are made to the same payment method used for your purchase (unless you request otherwise).
  • Initial shipping costs (if applicable) are refunded only if the product was defective or did not match the description.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in its original condition
  • returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories

A receipt/invoice is preferred but not required if the purchase can be verified.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
  • Exceptions apply if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description — in such cases, OpticOn covers all shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or personalized items

  • Prescription lenses
  • Custom-made lenses
  • Eyeglasses tailored to individual measurements
  • Personalized optical frames

Hygiene-related products with opened packaging

  • Contact lenses with broken/opened seals
  • Lens care solutions with opened packaging

Any item with a broken hygiene seal

(where resale is not possible)


7. Eligible for Return

The following items can be returned if unused, undamaged, and not customized:

  • Sunglasses
  • Optical frames without installed prescription lenses

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the received item is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect or not as described

OpticOn will provide a full refund or replacement, including all shipping costs.
